Update WordPress(2.8.6->>2.9) Again
Werdpress 2.9 is available! Please Update Now..Huhu! This mean we should consider and better we update our Blog Dot Com. How ever it’s up to you 
. As long as I cannot upgrade it automatically, so I have to download it again. I don’t know why. Hopefully it didn’t involved with my webhost. Anyway let’s do it. Just like before;
1. Log in to your dashboard(admin area)
2. Click Please update now
3. Click Download 2.9
4. Save WordPress-2.9.zip in your directory
5. Extract files, open and delete wp-config-sample
6. Upload all into public_html with ftp software(overwrite)
7. After completed upload, open your browse(Internet Explorer or Mozilla..) and Type Your Domain Name/wp-admin
8. Browse it and click Upgrade WordPress Database and Click Continue
9. Done!
Maybe different people with a different method but this is my method. Maybe you have your own steps.

I don’t update WP 2.9 yet because quite busy with many project. Updating process should be done carefully. Make sure to back up everything first.

yes you are right. However I never lost any data yet by using this step
. For me I don’t mind if lost any data for this blog database. Create your save one. By the way thank you for your valuable comment
